Description
You will be collected at 14h00 after a light lunch at the Lookout Café, overlooking the Batoka gorges. Each group will be allocated a driver and a safari vehicle in which they can leave their belongings. Cold water will be supplied on each vehicle. A briefing will be given on the activities to follow, rules announced, indemnities signed and staff introduced. The groups will be divided into teams and then challenged to complete the following tasks.
FIRST CHALLENGE
The teams will be sent to the Victoria Falls Local Food Market. Here each team will be given US dollars. They must buy groceries on a specified list. Teams will need to barter with the local people to get all the items on their list. From here they will be given the address of an orphanage in need and an old age home and they will deliver the food to the home and orphanage. They will also have an opportunity to meet the elderly people.

SEC0ND CHALLENGE
All teams will board their safari vehicles and take a game drive into the Zambezi National Park to the launch site of the next challenge. Teams will be allocated a guide and an inflatable raft. Teams are challenged to race 100m through a series of small rapids collecting clues en route until they reach Kandahar Island.

THIRD CHALLENGE
Once they have arrived on the Island the teams must paint their other team member’s faces will have their faces painted in traditional African design.
Time required: 30 minutes

FOURTH CHALLENGE
The teams will challenge each other to a game of Wild Life soccer.
Time required: 20 minutes

FIFTH CHALLENGE
Each team will pull one team member into a tree using a climbing harness and pulley system. The clue to the next challenge can be found at the top of the tree.
Time required: 20 minutes

SIXTH CHALLENGE
The teams will be required to test their knowledge to answer all the questions in the exciting Zambezi Quiz.
Time required: 15 minutes
Points: 15
SEVENTH CHALLENGE
Team members will race each other using a ball and three pipes in the famous Nyami-nyami challenge.
Time required: 20 mins

TO END YOUR ZAMBEZI CHALLENGE
Contestants will be collected by boat from Kandahar Island and taken on a dinner cruise on the Zambezi River. Each teams points are added up and the winner is announced.
